Introducing Mill Pepper

Single origin Kampot Pepper

Everyone already knows how to use pepper, but it’s routine or an afterthought. That changes once you’ve had good pepper. Mill Pepper Co. supplies the freshest, finest and most interesting pepper on earth to professional and home kitchens around the world.

Favored for its flavor

Likely, most of the pepper you’ve been using was harvested years ago, losing flavor over time. Our Kampot pepper is grown in quartz-rich soil and harvested to exacting standards, picked by hand each season between February and May.

ABOUT THE KAMPOT REGION

Located on the southern coast of Cambodia, it’s the only pepper-producing region to be given Protected Geographic Indication status by the WTO, UN and the WIPO–the same designation that protects Champagne, Darjeeling and Parmigiano–in recognition of the exceptional pepper it produces.

Thoroughly better pepper

Like wine or coffee, everything from the regional terroir to the fertilization methods distinguish an OK peppercorn from a remarkable one. Mill Pepper bottles single-source pepper produced by our partner farm in the Champagne of pepper regions, resulting in pepper that unlocks deeper levels of flavor in your cooking.
