The production of pepper started more than 100 years ago, in the Cambodian Province of Kampot. Mill Pepper is partnering with small farms in this same region, bringing single origin Kampot Pepper to restaurants and individuals in North American for the first time.

From Vine To Mill. Our pepper is vine ripened, picked by hand, and harvested between Feb and May contributing to the economic well-being and growth of the Region. Our pepper is produced in accordance with traditional organic procedures without the use of any chemicals — neither chemical insecticides nor chemical fertilizers.
